Created by Dr. Leah Taylor as a way to enhance euphoric joy through live music, she’s on a mission to increase the good vibes and free flowing movement at every show!

Embodied Groove® was born out of Leah’s love and extensive experience of connecting with live music through movement and her graduate level training in somatic psychology and mind-body medicine. Leah has a unique ability to deepen movers’ connection with their bodies, the environment, and the music to create an experience you will not want to miss! It is a true embodiment of flow in the moment and a great warm up to keep you grooving through the night!
