The Embodied Groove retreat was pure joy. Meeting like-minded women and creating a sense of magic together was incredible. What stood out most was the pervasive feeling of safety that allowed us to stay calm and connected, even during a power outage, and created space for us to truly enjoy every moment. 

I loved the perfect balance of structure and freedom, from setting intentions before shows to basking in post-show bliss together on the porch at night. Leah’s leadership was both knowledgeable and approachable, she felt like one of us while guiding us with grace and ease. I’d absolutely attend again, especially for the sense of connection it provides. As someone who often sees shows alone, this experience reminded me of the magic that happens when we come together as a group.
